I’m a Leo. I love a good laugh, singing, musical theatre, chocolate and chilling with my family. I’ve lived in Europe and Canada but now call Australia home! Having started my career in Marketing for the food and beverage industry, a change in lifestyle lead me to a career in Fitness and Pilates.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Master of Marketing, Diploma of Pilates (PITC), Pilates Reformer (Polestar), Master Trainer (Australian Institute of Fitness), Bootcamp Instructor and Pre and Post Natal Fitness qualifications. I speak French, play the piano and can be regularly seen on stage with the Highlands Theatre Group.
Pilates has shaped my body and given me back my confidence in its ability to move.
